By downloading and using SuanPan - Task Manager, you agree to these terms.

The App "As Is, Where Is"

SuanPan - Task Manager is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted operation
• Error-free functionality

Your Use

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Do not use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or any other direct or indirect damages.

No Support Obligation

While we may provide updates or support at our discretion, we are under no obligation to maintain, update, or provide ongoing support for the app.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. We may discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
